Attys Urge 9th Circ. To Follow NLRB Class Waiver Ban

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 7:42 PM EST) -- A California lawyers association urged the Ninth Circuit on Friday to apply the National Labor Relations Board's holding that arbitration agreements containing class action waivers violate workers' rights, in a former Bloomingdale's Inc. employee's bid to reinstate a proposed overtime class action.
