Barclays Hit With Latest Airport Financing Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 11:19 PM EST) -- Barclays Capital Inc. was the latest investment bank to be hit with a lawsuit by a former Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP attorney accusing it of conspiring with other Wall Street banking giants to sideline her method of financing the construction of airport terminals.
