Fish & Richardson Dodges Suit Over Link To Arbitrator

Law360, Houston (November 5, 2012, 9:55 PM EST) -- A Texas court on Friday ruled it had no authority to hear a suit against Fish & Richardson PC that alleged the law firm failed to disclose a relationship with an arbitrator that resulted in a $22 million award to a firm client.
