Duke Appeals To Block Release Of Progress Merger Docs

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 7:37 PM EST) -- Duke Energy Inc. filed an appeal with a North Carolina appellate court Monday to block a state utilities commission from releasing hundreds of pages of documents relating to the firing of Progress Energy Inc.'s CEO after the companies merged this year, claiming the documents are confidential.
