Pharmacy Owner Subpoenaed To Testify On Meningitis Outbreak

Law360, New York (November 6, 2012, 5:07 PM EST) -- House lawmakers Tuesday subpoenaed the owner of a Massachusetts compounding pharmacy to testify at a congressional hearing next week on a fungal meningitis outbreak linked to his company and blamed for at least 30 deaths around the country.
