BP, Exxon Contest Enbridge's Tariff-Change Bid At FERC

Law360, Washington (November 7, 2012, 5:40 PM EST) -- Several oil shipping companies including BP Products North America Inc. and ExxonMobil Canada Energy on Tuesday protested Enbridge Energy LP's proposal to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to modify its oil pipeline tariff calculation procedure, saying the company hasn't shown why its current model is no longer appropriate.
