Medco, Merck Fight Pharmacies' Take On Per Se Rule

Inc. have accused pharmacies of distorting a recent Illinois district court decision, allegedly misinterpreting it as affirmation that agreements between buyers to depress prices paid to pharmacies constitute per se anti-competitive price-fixing.
