European Electronic Security Venture Clears Antitrust Test

Law360, New York (November 7, 2012, 7:28 PM EST) -- A joint venture between a patent licensor and a pair of electronic security companies has been approved by the European Commission, which on Wednesday allowed the companies to go through with plans to develop an electronic security standard, provided they take steps to preserve a competitive market.
