Law360, Los Angeles (November 7, 2012, 7:22 PM ET) -- A California federal jury ruled Monday that Zobmondo Entertainment LLC infringed a trademark with its “Would You Rather …?” board games, books and other products, awarding $8.6 million in compensatory and punitive damages to rival gamemaker Spin Master Ltd. and two licensors.
