Ex-J&G Atty Loses Bid For Funds In $95M Tax Shelter Retrial

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 7:38 PM EST) -- A former Jenkens & Gilchrist PC office head convicted in a $95 million tax shelter case lost a bid in New York federal court Wednesday to obtain some of his assets seized by the government, which he said he needed in order to hire new counsel for his retrial in the case.
