Pa. County Overhauls Air Quality Regs For Pittsburgh Area

Law360, Philadelphia (November 8, 2012, 8:34 PM EST) -- Allegheny County's Board of Health approved an overhaul of air quality guidelines Wednesday, establishing new pollution monitoring and analysis protocols in an effort to curb toxic emissions for new or expanding industrial facilities in the greater Pittsburgh area.
