Election May Save Wind Tax Credit, But Industry Woes Remain

Law360, New York (November 9, 2012, 6:15 PM EST) -- A popular tax incentive for wind energy production now has better odds of reauthorization with the re-election of President Barack Obama, but any extension of the controversial measure is likely to be too short-lived to revive large-scale development, experts say.
