Shaw Manager Convicted Of Bagging $1.2M On False Records

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 3:19 PM EST) -- A jury on Wednesday convicted a former medical manager for Tennessee Valley Authority-contracted construction company Shaw Group Inc., finding him guilty of eight counts of fraud in a federal indictment claiming he falsified safety records at TVA power plants to collect over $1.2 million in bonuses.
