FERC Won't Toss Seattle's Claims In Power Refund Row

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 10:32 PM EST) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday refused to dismiss the city of Seattle’s refund claims against three power wholesalers over allegedly unfair power prices charged by the companies in 2000 and 2001, saying there was enough evidence to keep the city’s claims in play.
