Nestle Pulls Chocolate Nesquik Mix Over Salmonella Fears

Law360, New York (November 8, 2012, 6:35 PM EST) -- Nestle Prepared Foods Co. on Thursday issued a voluntary nationwide recall of certain sizes of its Nesquik chocolate-flavored powder after a supplier informed it that an ingredient in the drink mix may have been contaminated with salmonella.
