Target's Proposed Hollywood Store Gets LA Panel's OK

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 7:52 PM EST) -- A Los Angeles committee has kicked through a controversial proposal by Target Corp. to build a 194,749-square-foot retail center in East Hollywood, granting in part and denying in part three appeals to the project's earlier approvals and environmental impact report Tuesday night.
