EEOC, Paper Mill Co. Resolve Hostile Workplace Suit

Law360, Dallas (December 3, 2012, 5:21 PM EST) -- On the eve of trial, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Sunday settled its suit on behalf of a class of workers against a Texas paper mill that the agency accused of fostering a hostile work environment for black employees.
