Commerce Intends To Revoke Duties On Argentine Honey

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 6:08 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said in a notice slated for publication in Wednesday's Federal Register that it will drop anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on honey from Argentina unless domestic producers submit a notice of opposition, a move that comes as U.S. companies are pushing to keep tariffs on Chinese honey in place.
