Supreme Court To Tackle Federal Arbitration Act

Law360, New York (November 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Arbitration's growing pains will be on display before the Supreme Court justices Wednesday, as they hear oral arguments in a unique arbitration challenge that could have a broad impact in a wide variety of disputes.
