Argentina Wants 2nd Circ. To Revisit $1.4B Payout Order

Law360, New York (November 13, 2012, 11:03 PM EST) -- Argentina asked the Second Circuit on Tuesday to reconsider its ruling that the country must pay approximately $1.4 billion to private equity firms and other investors that opted out of restructuring deals on Argentina's debt following its 2001 default.
