Pa. High Court Stifles Appeal In Orthopedics Kickback Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (November 14, 2012, 5:10 PM EST) -- Orthopedic device makers Zimmer Inc. and Stryker Orthopaedics Inc. must face claims that they paid kickbacks to doctors in order to gain exclusive market access after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Friday it won't hear their appeal of a decision rejecting a lower court's holding that the suit was time-barred.
