Kodak Wins 2nd Extension Of Ch. 11 Exclusivity

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 4:51 PM EST) -- A New York bankruptcy judge granted Eastman Kodak Co.'s request Wednesday for a second extension of the period during which it alone can float a Chapter 11 plan, to the end of February, overruling an objection by a group of second-lien noteholders.
