DOJ Clears Entergy Power Plant Buy As 2nd Probe Proceeds

Law360, New York (November 14, 2012, 9:44 PM EST) -- Entergy Corp.’s proposed acquisition of two KGen Power Corp. power plants on Wednesday cleared the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, though the agency said it will continue its investigation into Entergy’s alleged anticompetitive conduct in parts of the South.
