Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 2:03 PM ET) -- Rock band The Black Keys has resolved two suits claiming its songs were used in commercials without permission, telling a California federal court Tuesday that it had reached a settlement with The Home Depot Inc., days after announcing a similar deal with Pizza Hut Inc.
In a joint stipulation for a scheduling continuance filed by the band and Home Depot, the parties said that they have resolved allegations that the home improvement retail chain used a Black Keys track in a recent commercial.
