HP Ends LCD Price-Fixing Suit Against AU Optronics

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 2:52 PM EST) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. has dropped its antitrust lawsuit accusing AU Optronics Corp. of partaking in an international conspiracy to fix prices for thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels, as a California federal judge on Wednesday signed off on a joint stipulation dismissing the complaint.
