Countrywide Gets Another Shot At Sealing MBIA Case Docs

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 3:14 PM EST) -- A New York state judge gave Bank of America Corp.'s Countrywide Financial Corp. another chance Thursday to persuade her to seal some key documents in MBIA Inc.'s multibillion-dollar suit over mortgage-backed securities it insured, saying Countrywide's reasoning was vague.
