JPMorgan's ATM, Mobile Deposits Flout 4 Patents, Suit Says

Law360, New York (November 16, 2012, 2:30 PM EST) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co. was accused Wednesday of infringing four information processing patents in Delaware federal court for its handling of deposits made at ATMs and via mobile electronic devices.

New Jersey-based Content Extraction and Transmission LLC's complaint targets both JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA  and seeks damages and injunctive relief.
