Fla. High Court Won't Rule On State-Backed Insurer Immunity

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 5:10 PM EST) -- The Florida Supreme Court on Thursday declined to rule on whether Citizens Property Insurance Corp. can hold up its status as a state-backed entity to avoid bad faith lawsuits, saying the insurer improperly and prematurely challenged a lower court's nonfinal order.
