Judge Nixes Relator's Follow-On Verizon Overbilling FCA Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 8:18 PM EST) -- A federal judge ruled Thursday that a relator couldn't bring a second qui tam suit over Verizon Communications Inc. subsidiaries' billing practices because it was too similar to another suit he brought, which ended in Verizon paying a $93.5 million settlement.
