Nelson Mullins Swipes 16 From Cetrulo & Capone In Boston

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 6:37 PM EST) -- Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has poached 16 attorneys from Cetrulo & Capone LLP, continuing an expansion of its Boston office with new offerings in construction law and product liability defense, the firm announced Monday.

Partners Bert Capone, Jim Carroll and Tom Hayman will lead the new practice groups, which represent the Atlanta-based firm's third major expansion of its Boston outpost in four years. The 55-member office had only two attorneys at its 2006 founding.
