UK Antitrust Agency Appoints New Criminal Enforcement Head

Law360, New York (November 19, 2012, 5:07 PM EST) -- Britain's competition watchdog has beefed up its criminal enforcement efforts following the collapse of a high-profile criminal price-fixing case, announcing Monday that it had appointed one of its investigators to a newly created lead investigator and enforcer role.
