Power Generator Co. Hit With $9M Suit Over Plant Shutdown

Law360, Houston (November 19, 2012, 8:16 PM EST) -- A steam and electricity generator was hit with a $9 million suit in Texas court by the owner of a petrochemical complex on Monday, in a suit alleging that the energy provider is contractually required to pay for losses incurred when a power failure shut down the plant.
