Madoff Feeder Fund Seeks $70M In New Clawback Suits

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 5:01 PM EST) -- The trustee liquidating the Bernard Madoff feeder fund Greenwich Sentry LP fired off three clawback suits Monday in New York bankruptcy court seeking about $70 million from three former investment funds that allegedly cashed out from its fund before Madoff's massive $65 billion Ponzi scheme came to light.
