Fed Circ. OKs Boeing Defense Cost Recovery In FCA Case

Law360, New York (November 20, 2012, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday largely affirmed a decision by a contract dispute panel that Boeing Co. predecessor Rockwell International Corp. could seek reimbursement for defense costs in instances where it was not liable for whistleblower claims arising from its operation of a nuclear power plant.
