Calif. Governor Contests Unions' Win In Furlough Fight

Law360, San Diego (November 20, 2012, 11:32 PM EST) -- California’s governor on Friday sought to reverse a state court ruling that held furloughs imposed on government engineers and scientists by the cash-strapped state in 2011 weren't authorized because they affected union workers more than their nonunion counterparts.
