DC Circ. Says Hotel Unlawfully Refused Union Bargaining

Circuit on Tuesday upheld the National Labor Relations Board's ruling that a San Francisco hotel owner had violated federal labor law by refusing to bargain with a union based on a decertification petition that the employer had tainted by soliciting signatures.
