Recruiter Can't Make Rival Delete Web Posting, Court Says

Law360, Dallas (November 21, 2012, 7:27 PM EST) -- A Texas appellate court on Wednesday threw out a defamation suit that sought to force websites run by a legal recruiter to remove a posting that accused a former employee turned rival recruiter of bribing an associate at what’s now K&L Gates LLP to hire a candidate he represented.
