Retailers Press ITC To Support Tech Tariff Reduction

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 3:41 PM EST) -- A retail industry group on Tuesday urged the U.S. International Trade Commission to support the expansion of a list of technology-related goods that enjoy reduced tariffs to cover televisions and other electronics, saying that doing so would prove a boon for both retailers and consumers.
