Vitamin C Co. Needn't Yield Audit Docs In Price-Fixing MDL

Law360, Washington (November 21, 2012, 7:27 PM ET) -- The New York federal judge overseeing the vitamin C price-fixing multidistrict litigation has given China Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd. a reprieve from part of an ordered document search, saying it doesn't have to surrender working papers from a Deloitte & Touche LLP audit.
