State Dental Agency Urges 4th Circ. To Curb FTC Powers

Law360, Washington (November 21, 2012, 9:44 PM EST) -- North Carolina's dental board on Monday accused the Federal Trade Commission of exceeding its constitutional jurisdiction with its administrative case claiming the board inhibited competition, telling the Fourth Circuit that a federal rather than an administrative court should hear the case.
