Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 8:40 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Tuesday denied oil tycoon Jack J. Grynberg's bid to revive his claims that Italian energy giant Eni SpA unfairly profited from trade secrets Grynberg's company shared with Eni's partner, British Gas, about a Kazakhstan oil field.
