5th Circ. Rules Miss.'s LCD Price-Fixing Suit A Mass Action

Law360, New York (November 21, 2012, 10:10 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday ruled that Mississippi's suit accusing AU Optronics Corp., Toshiba Corp. and other liquid crystal display makers of fixing prices belongs in federal court because it qualifies as a mass action under the Class Action Fairness Act.
