Arbitration Proceeds Against Ex-UBS Advisers

Law360, New York (November 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Four investors are pursuing accusations of securities fraud in arbitration against two Chicago-based investment advisers who formerly worked at investment bank UBS Financial Services.

The investors, who are two couples, say they lost roughly $475,000 due to the advisors' illegal misrepresentations, and are owed at least that much in damages.
