EEOC Fights Social Media Discovery In HoneyBaked Suit

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 4:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Wednesday sought to overturn a magistrate judge's order granting HoneyBaked Ham Co. discovery of text messages, social media accounts and emails of a class of female employees involved in a sexual harassment suit against it, saying the broad discovery order could create a “chilling effect.”
