Comcast Unit Sued Over China Sports Arena Consulting Fees

Law360, Philadelphia (November 26, 2012, 4:19 PM EST) -- A Texas-based businessman sued a unit of Comcast-Spectacor in Pennsylvania state court Monday, alleging the company failed to pay him consulting fees for his work in obtaining management contracts for sports arenas in China.

Ed Cunningham, sole owner of Global Transactions LLC, alleged in a complaint filed in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas that Global Spectrum Pico Pte. Ltd. reneged on a promise to pay his company 20 percent of all revenues from projects in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
