DC Circ. Blocks CVS Challenge To DEA License Suspensions

Circuit on Monday tossed an appeal from two CVS Caremark Corp. pharmacies that lost their controlled substances licenses over concerns about dispensing of painkiller oxycodone, calling a challenge to license suspensions moot because federal agents later enacted a full revocation of the privileges.
