Wal-Mart, Panasonic Accused Of Selling Shoddy Plasma TVs

Law360, New York (November 26, 2012, 3:43 PM EST) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Panasonic Corp. of North America concealed screen defects commonly found in Sanyo plasma televisions that were sold to thousands of U.S. consumers, according to a putative class action removed to Arkansas federal court Wednesday.
