US Looks To Ax Electric Co.'s Appeal In Coal Plant Suit

Circuit on Friday that it lacks jurisdiction to hear Sunflower Electric Power Corp.'s appeal of a court order that barred a DOA agency from granting approvals for a coal-fired power plant expansion without first preparing a full environmental impact study.
