Judge Balks At $4.8M Deal In Highmark Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (November 27, 2012, 5:05 PM EST) -- A Pittsburgh federal judge put off deciding whether to approve a $4.8 million class action antitrust settlement between Highmark Inc. and health insurance buyers Monday, saying she needed more information quantifying the value that class members would get out of the deal.
