Cisco, Others Urge ITC Not To Review Cypress SRAM Ruling

Law360, Washington (November 27, 2012, 6:20 PM EST) -- GSI Technology Inc., Avnet Inc. and Cisco Systems Inc. urged the U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday not to reconsider its determination that GSI memory products don't infringe Cypress Semiconductor Corp. patents, saying the company is attempting to bring new arguments before the commission.
